Wat is SS31 (Elamipretide)?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

SS31, ook bekend als Elamipretide, is een synthetisch tetrapeptide dat specifiek gericht is op mitochondri\u00ebn. Het behoort tot de Szeto-Schiller (SS)-familie van peptides, die bekendstaan om het unieke vermogen om celmembranen te penetreren en zich specifiek te lokaliseren binnen het binnenste mitochondriale membraan (IMM).<\/p>\n
